Raised in Mexico and trained in both legal systems, she bridges regulatory frameworks, business cultures and teams across borders. Karim holds a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and advanced certifications from eCornell (Employment Law), ITAM (Finance), Universidad Anáhuac (Business Strategy), and HSBC Business School (Leadership & Project Management). Fluent in Spanish and English, and proficient in Portuguese, she partners with global organizations to navigate complex workforce challenges and regulatory compliance.
